Carroll County Weather and Emergency wishes Gary Woodall a found farewell and a happy retirement! Gary served the National Weather Service for nearly 34 years, most recently 7 and a half at NWS Memphis. Gary was one of the inspirations for me personally and in a lot of ways helped with CCWXE.!
